Juliet Star – TranceSound Festival 2011
She always wanted to be a dancer, She enjoyed dancing to the lovely sounds of progressive house and trance. Although she listened to EDM for many years, she never had a desire to DJ. Years passed and a couple of knee surguries later, she decided to focus on becoming a DJ and ending her dance life.
The transition from just dancing to the music, and wanting to play it instead, was a slow one. For a couple of years when she was learning on turntables she ended up turning them on only once every month or two. In January of 2010, something changed for her. She started playing a few times a week and she loved it.
She met the #trancefamily and discovered many new friends who shared the same love she does for trance music. When she went to Holland in 2009, she felt at home because the people there really loved and appreciated trance music, which she has loved for many years. Now, to find more people locally and across the world that are as passionate for trance as she is, she have truly found her place in this world.
Currently she lives in San Diego, California. She has lived in Southern CA most of her life except for the 3 years she spent in Arizona. She mainly play Trance music but she have played Progressive & Tech House as well.
