Dr Yxam – TranceSound Festival 2011
DR YXAM is a Portuguese DJ who plays House, Progressive & Uplifting Trance Music.
His Music is a Mix of various genres of EDM, something magic, with a lot of melodies and feelings, sometimes with a lot of good energy. He was one of the creators of the famous J4T Parties on 2007 based on the firsts Uplifting Trance/Progressive parties in Portugal.
Today, Nelson Loureiro on his real name, is the CEO of Xpressive Portugal, and makes the Management of National and International Artists and also Events Production. He has created the concept of the “Xpressive Sound”.
During his career of many years, he started on many French school parties near Paris. At the age of 18, he became the resident DJ at ìMirage Disco in Marinhais, for 2 years.
A few years after, he was the resident of Sobre Margem in Benavente. During more than 2 years he had organized the “Magik Sessions Parties” with his partner Doctor X. He played also at numerous events, in France, Andorra and Portugal like:
Queens Lisboa(PT), Status(PT), Kardeal(PT), OpArt(PT), Dose3Large(PT), Hula Hula Beach Club(PT), Aureus Lounge Club(PT), Moinho da Praia(PT), Farao(PT), SobreMargem(PT), SolardaVila(PT), Mirage(PT), Arena(PT), Bravissima(PT), Do Re Mi(PT), Savanah Club(AND), Bilbord(AND), The OZ(FR), LíAcropole(FR), La Scala(FR), Club do Lago (PT) and many others.
Now, he works on the production area and very soon you will have the pleasure to listen the new releases.
About the Radio Area
- During more than 2 years, he played on Kiss FM Lisbon, with his famous weekly Radio show ìKiss Club Uplifting Trance Sessions [143 Episodes].
- During one year he had a radio show on Warzetuga called “DR YXAM Trance Connections”.
- He was invited for some shows at Example FM.
- He has collaborated directly with Wave FM and organized some Trance events on this Radio, where He had is Radio show during one year.
- DR YXAM was invited by AWOT to be the Guest Dj of AWOT Radio Show, episode 009 on Discovertrance.
- He has participated on the “Portugal in The Mix 001 and 002″ at AH.FM
- Magik invited him during one year for his famous radio show “Magikal Club Night”
- Now, since October 2009, he has is new weekly radio show format
“DR YXAM @ GLOBAL ENERGY”, broadcast on 1Mix UK Radio, Trance Vibrations Radio, Radio 100 Almeirim, The Art of Trance US, Solar FM Albufeira, and many more. In this show he presents the weekly news from the World Trance & Progressive Scene, and many times he promotes the work of his Friends.
